Brian is highly trained, skilled and experienced in Mediation Service and Collaborative Practice. He is a published author, speaker and trainer in Collaborative Practice, and is considered to be one of the more experienced collaborative attorneys in Southern California. Brian has increased his Collaborative Training efforts by having been invited to attend the prestigious CDTT "Train The Trainer" program. Gail is our office manager and coordinator. Gail has worked with The Law Office of Brian Don Levy since 1983. Gail started as a legal assistant, became senior paralegal and presently serves as office manager. Gail is familiar with all aspects of family law, mediation and collaborative practice peacemaking opportunities. Gail has developed extensive family law knowledge, skills , resources and insight into families in crisis and transition. She has prepared thousands of family law forms, and more importantly, she understands the emotional needs of families in crisis and transition. She is highly trained and experienced in assisting and working with family law clients with their varied and unique peacemaking needs. Kathryn is our Dispute Resolution Assistant who re-joined our team in 2005 after a temporary departure. Kathryn has been employed at various legal firms since 1988 and has extensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of family & dispute resolution. With her extensive knowledge, she is extremely capable of assisting, supporting, understanding and working directly with our clients to relate to their various and unique Mediation and Collaborative Practice needs.
